1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Meta Audit Meta Ads audit application, accessible at mymetaaudit.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by My Meta Audit (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By submitting an audit request, connecting a Meta Ads account, or purchasing a paid audit tier, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service is an automated audit of a brand’s public web presence and (on paid tiers) its Meta Ads account, designed to surface specific issues and revenue-quantified recommendations. A free preview is available to anyone who submits the intake form. Three paid tiers extend the audit:
- Pro ($47): Full report, one ad account, last 30 days, PDF export.
- Plus ($247): Multiple ad accounts, last 90 days, demographic and placement breakdowns, custom benchmarks, expanded competitive view.
- Sprint ($747): Everything in Plus plus an async strategist review, a custom 90-day playbook, and one bundled strategy call.
Tier scope, pricing, and inclusions may change. Changes are not retroactive: a tier you have already purchased will be delivered as described at the time of purchase.
3. Purchases, billing, and one-time pricing
Paid tiers are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. We do not auto-renew, store recurring billing authorizations, or charge you again without an explicit new purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Sales tax may be added at checkout where required. Your purchase confirmation email (sent via SendGrid) is your receipt.
4. Refunds
Audits are generated immediately after payment. Our refund philosophy is straightforward: if the Service didn’t do what we said it would, you get your money back.
- Pro and Plus. Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if (a) the audit failed to generate due to our error and we cannot regenerate it, or (b) the deepened report did not run against the Meta account you connected. Refunds for reasons outside (a) or (b) are at our discretion.
- Sprint. Eligible for a full refund before our strategist begins async review of your account. Once strategist work has commenced, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed. The bundled strategy call is forfeit if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
To request a refund, email hello@mymetaaudit.com with the email address used for purchase and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Accounts, identity, and authentication
The Service does not maintain user accounts in the traditional sense. Your purchase email plus, on paid tiers, the Meta access token issued through Facebook Login, are sufficient identity. You are responsible for keeping your audit report URL confidential if you wish to limit access to it. Free preview audit URLs are shareable links by design.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18) to use the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes and only with respect to your own brand and your own ad account. You must not:
- Submit audits for brands or Meta ad accounts you do not own or have explicit written permission to audit.
- Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or republish third-party content beyond what is needed to receive your own audit report.
- Attempt to access systems or data of other users, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation.
- Use the Service to facilitate competitive intelligence in a manner that violates the terms of any platform we integrate with (Meta in particular).
- Submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content (including in URLs, business descriptions, or competitor lists).
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of this section without refund where the violation is material.
7. Use of the Meta platform
When you connect a Meta Ads account to the Service, you authorize us to read your ad account data through the Meta Graph API for the sole purpose of generating your audit report. Specifically:
- We request only the
ads_readpermission. We do not post on your behalf, manage your Pages, or write to your account. - We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. If we breach those terms, we will work with Meta to remediate.
- You can disconnect at any time from inside your audit report or via Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → Tandem Growth Audit. We honor revocations immediately.
See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how we store it, and how to delete it.
8. Your data; our intellectual property
You retain all rights in the data you submit and in the data we read from your Meta ad account. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data solely to operate the Service, generate your audit report, deliver it to you, and improve our internal benchmarks in aggregated, de-identified form.
The Service itself, including the audit methodology, the benchmarks library, the report templates, and the underlying code, is owned by My Meta Audit and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use your audit report for your own internal business purposes. You may share the report with employees, contractors, and advisors. You may not resell it or republish it as if it were your own analysis.
9. Disclaimers; the audit is an estimate
Audit recommendations are estimates, not guarantees. Revenue projections, wasted spend figures, fatigue classifications, and benchmark comparisons are derived from industry data and your account’s recent performance. They are intended to inform decisions, not replace them. Your results will vary depending on factors outside our control: market conditions, execution quality, creative quality, audience saturation, and platform-side changes by Meta.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data we read from third parties (Meta, Firecrawl, Apify) will be complete or up to the minute.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the relevant audit tier in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Meta Audit, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any third party’s rights, including the Meta Platform Terms, or (c) your use of the Service for a brand or ad account you do not own or have permission to audit.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if a payment is reversed, or if we are required to do so by law. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [REVIEW — confirm jurisdiction], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [REVIEW — confirm venue], and you and My Meta Audit consent to personal jurisdiction there. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by emailing us at hello@mymetaaudit.com before filing any claim.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your most recent audit. Continued use of the Service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets.
